I am addicted to the HGTV program "Zoning" and began to market and non-conventional properties, to explore how schools, churches, etc. on eBay and properties of others. It seems that the price per square meter of the ball is on, unbelievable. Has anyone done something like that? What were your biggest obstacles? What am I looking for or avoid? Please do not believe that some obvious things such as inspections, and know the usual things. I would actually like to personal experiences. Thank you!
