Need help with an Umbreon Gijinka cosplay? - how to make an umbreon cosplay
So I want that cosplay Gijinka Umbreon but I have no idea how to ears and tail? If you have any idea how can u tell me how? Or if I have a commission? (If UR not expensive!)

what do I determine this, did the ears attached to a belt rotates around the head (not above), then connect the yellow circle of the band also
I do not know how the ears, or to work or not
Also I do not know how to queue! XD
So if you have any suggestions or advice tat can help me or take a commission if u can u help me out!
